Our Mission
Our mission is to share God’s love through teaching the word of God. We are working to reach our community by serving those who are in need and telling them about Jesus. Planting seeds for God’s kingdom. Lending a helping hand to those that are in need. Becoming a friend and being a blessing by Honoring our Father with the gifts of freedom.
Discipleship
Open to individuals who desire to grow in a discipleship class. This class is taught monthly for those wanting a deeper walk with Christ. Learning scriptures from the word of God and having a closer walk with him. The class is the 3rd Thursday of the month starting at 11:30.
Outreach Ministry
The ministry serves to several homes in Prattville. Sharing God’s love and providing food to seniors over the age of 60. Here at HOH12 we also serve temporary assistance for families that are in need of help with food and hygiene products if available.
The Daily Walk
A resource room that is open to the community. Prayer walks around the schools, and the community. Sharing our hearts and time with one another to grow us closer to God during our daily walk. Praying for the incarcerated, jailed, homeless and helping those by encouraging each other with writing cards, letters, and giving hope to those who have lost all hope.
